Dispatch Terms and Conditions

 

Please read these simple terms and conditions relating to purchasing items on this website. If you don’t agree to any of the terms, please send an email directly to info@dpcricket.com with your concerns.

  • In order to make a purchase online, you will be required to provide certain personal information. These will include your name, delivery address, telephone and/or mobile number and email address. This information will be kept on D&P Cricket UK’s personal database and only shared with the relevant delivery service – Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure their order, billing details and delivery information is correct before making payment.

 

Order Rejection or Cancellation by D&P Cricket UK

  • All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by D&P Cricket UK Ltd.
  • D&P Cricket UK Ltd may reject or cancel an order, whether or not the order has been confirmed on the website. For example, this may happen when an ordered item is out of stock. An agent will contact the purchaser within 24-hours via email.
  • If your credit card has already been charged for the order, D&P Cricket UK Ltd will issue a full refund.

 

Order Rejection or Cancellation by the Purchaser

  • Orders may be cancelled after an agent from D&P Cricket UK Ltd has contacted the purchaser to notify them of stock unavailability. The purchaser will be issued a full refund should no substitute products be selected.
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by sending an email to info@dpcricket.com or calling Riaz on +44 7712 269869. The purchaser will be issued a full refund excluding any banking charges.
  • Should goods not meet your satisfaction or not fit correctly, then contact D&P Cricket UK Ltd, within 7 days of taking receipt of the goods, by sending an email to info@dpcricket.com or calling Riaz on +44 7712 269869.
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days. The purchaser is liable for the costs of returning the goods to D&P Cricket UK Ltd, unless the error lies on the side of D&P Cricket UK Ltd. The purchaser will be issued a full refund once the goods have been received in good order.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the goods are returned in the same order that they were dispatched in from D&P Cricket UK Ltd. Any losses or damages will be deducted from the refund due to the purchaser.

 

Online Orders and Dispatch Fees for Countries Within the UK

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 – 5 working days. Unfortunately deliveries might take longer over the Christmas period.
  • All orders are charged in Sterling Pounds.
  • British VAT (20%) is already included in the £ prices on this website.
  • Delivery costs will be displayed in your shopping basket.
  • D&P Cricket UK Ltd makes use of Royal Mail and
  • Payment can by made using PayPal. This payment gateway allows for the use of all major credit cards, ie.Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.
  • Should credit card payment be refused by the card issuer/bank, the order will null and void.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from D&P Cricket UK Ltd, all risk to that parcel passes on to the purchaser.

 

Online Orders and Dispatch Fees for Countries Outside the UK

  • These orders need to be emailed directly to info@dpcricket.com
  • Replies may take up to 24 hours.
  • A D&P Cricket UK Ltd agent will reply to the sender’s email with an invoice:
    • Excluding VAT (where applicable), and
    • Including the corresponding dispatch/postage/courier fee.
  • Or the agent will notify the sender of any unavailable items and available substitute options.
  • Payment can by made using PayPal. This payment gateway allows for the use of all major credit cards, ie.Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from D&P Cricket UK Ltd, all risk to that parcel passes on to the purchaser.
  • Deliveries take between 7-14 working days. Unfortunately deliveries might take longer over the Christmas period.
  • D&P Cricket UK Ltd makes use of Royal Mail and
  • Parcels are tracked and insured.
  • When the package reaches the country of destination, the recipient is liable for any customs or import duties levied by the destination country’s government. D&P Cricket UK Ltd accepts no liability for these additional charges.
  • The recipient is responsible for researching what these costs may be that might be charged by their government before placing and order from D&P Cricket UK Ltd.

 

Credit Card Security

  • Payment can by made using PayPal. This payment gateway allows the for the use of all major credit cards, ie.Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.
  • Industry recognised, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is enabled on the payments page. A green padlock indicating this will be visible on the checkout page.
  • D&P Cricket UK Ltd saves basic customer information in a website users database, this does not include any credit card information. Credit Card information is only entered into PayPal’s system, D&P Cricket UK Ltd does not capture this information at all.
